There is a pork roast in my future. Having it for dinner. These are the ingredients:
Rosemary/Basil/Garlic/Spinach placed in cuts inside as well as in this stick thing my mom gave me for Christmas.
Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Shallots
Cider for basting
Asparagus with Hollandaise
No guests, just me cooking and relaxing
